The Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo Proudly Presents "Venus" Goddess of Love
Venus, a Golden Tabby Bengal Tiger Cub, was born on Valentines Day and is on loan from the Marcan Tiger Preserve. Tiger encoungers are available through May 18th. We are offering "hands-on" time daily at 9:30 am, 10:30 am, 11:00 am, 2:00 pm, 2:30 pm, and 3:00 pm. We are currently accepting reservations for ages 13 and up only. The cost is $50. Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo Plans to Relocate To Property Donated by the Weir Family
Clyde Weir, owner of Souvenir City, and his daughter, Andrea Weir Franklin have donated 25 acres of land to the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo to relocate the zoo from its current low-lying property in Gulf Shores. more
